Industries · Water treatment
Dosing, storing,
hauling — and
nothing fancy.
Municipal plants, industrial water treaters, pool and spa distributors, car washes and well-service contractors. Mostly polymer, hypochlorite, acid and plain water — each with its own compatibility quirk.

Typical jobs
What water treatment actually does with them
Drawn from the orders that come through the yard, not from a market report.
Polymer and coagulant dosing
Dedicated totes with a calibrated level gauge and a pump bracket. Viscous product wants a full-port ball valve.
Sodium hypochlorite
Vented lids are essential — hypo off-gasses and will deform a sealed bottle. Degrades in light, so keep it covered.
Acid and caustic for pH control
Correct gaskets, correct labelling, secondary containment, and never a shared tote.
Potable and emergency water
Food-grade or rebottled units only, with documented history.
Car wash and reclaim chemistry
Technical grade for reclaim, washed grade for detergents.
Grade recommendation
What we would sell you
Washed (W3) for treatment chemistry, Food Grade or Rebottled for potable
Treatment chemicals do not need a food history but do need a documented wash and the right seal material. Anything that touches drinking water should be food grade or rebottled, with the history in writing — this is one area where we refuse to let a customer cut the corner.
- Gasketed vent plugs for off-gassing product
- Calibrated level gauges for dosing control
- Frame-mounted pump brackets
- Chemical-compatible gaskets per product
- Spill pallets, 2 and 4 tote capacity
Sector pitfalls
What catches this sector out
Every one of these is something we have watched happen to a customer, which is why it is written down here.
Hypochlorite needs to breathe
Polymer is heavier than water
Never share a dosing tote between chemistries
Freezing ruins more than the bottle
