Compatibility first,
price second,
paperwork always.
Blenders, distributors and coatings manufacturers are our largest customer group — and the most demanding, because the wrong bottle history is not a cosmetic problem for them.

What chemical & coatings actually does with them
Drawn from the orders that come through the yard, not from a market report.
Blending and decanting
Buying in bulk and filling totes for distribution. Dedicated totes per product, washed between campaigns, not between fills.
Distribution to end users
Totes out, empties back. This is the classic pooling case and where we save customers the most money.
Waste and reclaim collection
Technical-grade units for spent product, with clear labelling and secondary containment.
Sample and pilot batches
120 and 180 gallon units for small runs where a 275 is simply too much product to commit.

What we would sell you
Washed / Triple-Rinsed (W3), with Rebottled for sensitive chemistry
A W3 unit with a documented wash record covers most industrial chemistry. Where a product is sensitive to trace residue, or where your QA will not accept any prior contents, rebottling gives you a virgin interior inside a reused cage — which is both cheaper and lower-impact than buying new.
- 2" ball valve, full port, for viscous product
- Viton or FKM gaskets where hydrocarbons are involved
- 2" camlock adapters for pump transfer
- Lockout collars and tamper seals for shared sites
- Spill pallets for secondary containment
Sector pitfalls
What catches this sector out
Every one of these is something we have watched happen to a customer, which is why it is written down here.
Permeation is permanent
Gasket material matters more than valve brand
Specific gravity eats your cage rating
UN marking is per unit, not per order
